IntakeFlow provides a client intake form platform for professional services firms. Our service allows you to create forms, collect client information and documents, and manage submissions through a web-based dashboard.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you and your clients submit through IntakeFlow. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntakeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
